Mont Sainte-Anne’s master plan calls for 915 new hotel units, 80,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 325 residential ski-in ski-out units and the future development of four-season recreational facilities and activities.

Kodem was hired by Resorts of the Canadian Rockies to serve as development, design and construction manager for the project. Kodem’s mandate included creating a comprehensive master plan, a development pro forma and a financing plan. Kodem also worked in conjunction with RCR to structure project partnerships and financing.
