Real estate development is the balance of vision and execution. We transform ideas into enduring places that create value for generations. With decades behind us, our executive team brings the imagination to see what a place could become, and the rigor to make sure it gets built. On time, on budget, exactly as promised. That balance of magic and logic is what we hand to every client.

Benjamin Sternthal has built his career delivering complex real estate projects from vision through execution. After contributing to major developments at Presud, later Intrawest, including the $1-billion Mont-Tremblant resort, he founded Kodem in 1997 to provide a fully integrated approach to development. Today, he leads multidisciplinary teams across planning, finance, design, construction, marketing, and property management. Benjamin holds an M.Arch. and a B.A. in Urban Systems and Geography from McGill University.

André Miller has built his career across architecture, construction, and real estate development. Since joining Kodem in 2005, he has played a central role in delivering projects across multiple asset classes. As Vice-President of Development, he leads multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, combining technical expertise, practical judgment, and disciplined execution. André holds a degree in Architecture from McGill University.
