Following severe flooding, Kodem was retained to oversee the decontamination and reconstruction of the affected areas, including the gym, while ensuring the college met the recommended air-quality standards. Kodem managed a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, laboratories, and contractors while also leading negotiations with the insurance company to ensure the work was completed to the highest standards.
