In order to meet the growing demand for admission, Saint-Joseph School has decided to expand its facilities by purchasing a neighboring building to completely renovate it to provide the required classrooms and spaces.

Saint-Joseph School has mandated Kodem for the complete management of the expansion project. Kodem took care of pro forma, schedule, design, as well as the complete construction of the project. Kodem has also played a key role in the engineering process and in budget management.
