In December 2008 and January 2009, three separate incidents caused significant water damage to 71 condominium units and common areas. All units and common spaces were decontaminated and re-built.

Kodem was hired to manage the reconstruction of the damaged units and common areas. Kodem implemented procedures to ensure the decontamination of the units and common areas and managed a full team of architects, engineers, laboratories and contractors to guarantee the highest quality of work. Kodem also led the negotiations with the insurance company.
