Project Description

Inspired by Spain’s Race Resort Ascari, the Mont-Tremblant Race Resort consists of R&D facilities, hotel, race villas, a club house, race garages, a beach, a helicopter landing pad, a race academy, and both 4×4 and karting tracks. Kodem was engaged by Circuit Mont-Tremblant to develop an initial vision, preliminary master plan and capital plan for the project. The mandate involved research on race resorts, including meetings with Race Resort Ascari officials in Ronda, Spain.
