Quartier de la Gare will be the new downtown for Saint-Constant. This 82,000 sq.ft. centre includes a town library, train station, day care, office space, and a commercial shopping centre all converging on a public square. Kodem was hired to serve as development manager, responsible for managing the leasing, zoning change process, municipal negotiations, development, design and construction of the project.
