Project Description

Rosemere Shopping Centre, located 30 minutes north of Montreal, consists of 52,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, (including Winners, Bouclair and Pier 1 Imports) and 260 parking places.
Contracted by Delart to act as construction manager during the base building and tenant improvement phase of construction, Kodem reviewed tender plans and specs, recommended changes and established a full development pro forma. Kodem also reviewed tender results, recommended a general contractor and assisted the owner in negotiating a final price, as well as providing management expertise throughout the construction process.
