Project Description

Terrebonne Shopping Centre, located 30 minutes northeast of Montreal, consists of 7,500 sq. ft. of leasable commercial space with a Couche-Tard/Ultramar 3,500 sq. ft. combo pad.
Kodem was engaged by Brookline to act as development manager for the project, managing the development, design and construction processes. Kodem developed an innovative flexible modular design for the strip shopping centre component of the project whereby bay sizes were flexible within five-foot increments.
