Project Description

Located in the heart of the Faubourg des Récollets district in Montreal, the previous site was occupied by century-old commercial and industrial buildings. The new project consisted of a 9-floor, 120-unit condominium building including underground parking, a courtyard and commercial spaces on the ground floor.
Kodem was retained to manage the feasibility study which included the production of residential and commercial design options, negotiations with municipal officials regarding zoning by-laws and the development of several financial models.
