Project Description

In December 2008 and January 2009, three separate incidents caused significant water damage to 71 condominium units and common areas. All units and common spaces were decontaminated and re-built. Kodem was hired to manage the reconstruction of the damaged units and common areas. Kodem implemented procedures to ensure the decontamination of the units and common areas and managed a full team of architects, engineers, laboratories and contractors to guarantee the highest quality of work. Kodem also led the negotiations with the insurance company.
