Project Description

In January 2009, a frozen pipe caused significant water damage to 18 units in tower 3 of Westmount Square. All units and common spaces were decontaminated and re-built. Kodem was retained to manage the reconstruction of the damaged units. Kodem implemented procedures to ensure the decontamination of the units and common spaces and also managed a full team of architects, engineers, laboratories and contractors to guarantee the highest quality of work.
