Project Description

In June 2012, a major rain storm caused extensive flooding and significant water damage to the school. Hired to manage the reconstruction of the damaged areas, Kodem implemented procedures to ensure the decontamination of the college in order to obtain the recommended air quality.
Kodem managed a full team of architects, engineers, laboratories and contractors to guarantee the highest quality of work and also handled the negotiations with the insurance company.
