Project Description

The École théologique évangélique de Montréal (ETEM) provides a specific academic program for the Université de Montréal. In 2005, the ETEM purchased a building located on Côte-des-Neiges Road in Montreal in order to respond to the growing student population.
Contracted by the owner of ETEM to act as the project’s development manager, Kodem undertook to assemble a full project proforma and schedule, the design and consultation process as well as the construction of the project itself. Kodem also played a key role in the engineering process and in the administration of the budget and operational needs.
