Project Description

The mandate was to build a neighbourhood police station in an existing commercial centre. The project was executed in two phases for a total of 6,300 sq.ft.
Contracted by the City of Montreal to act as the project’s development manager, Kodem undertook to assemble a full project proforma and schedule, the design and consultation process as well as the construction of the project. Kodem also played a key role in the engineering process and in the administration of the budget and operational needs.
