The Town of Hampstead wanted to build a new four-season recreational facility to centralize activities in Hampstead Park including a promenade linking the facilities to the street and a 64-space on-site parking. Hired by the Town of Hampstead to act as development, design and construction managers, Kodem’s mandate involved assembling a full professional team, creating a vision for the project, overseeing the design and public tender processes, and managing the overall construction
