Project Description

In response to a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Town of La Prairie, Kodem developed the concept for this twin-ice hockey arena, town hall, and commercial centre. The project consists of over 250,000 sq.ft. of buildings.
Kodem undertook to assemble a full project feasibility study, including a project pro forma and development schedule.
